Funny you posted this today. Earlier this morning I ordered some from Amazon see the photo below. If you do a search for the product on Amazon Thursday embedded video that shows you an option of changing the orientation of the seal at the bottom of the bed bottom of the door connection. I feel most of the dust and water will actually enter through the sides of the tailgate which makes the profile of this bulb sale very interesting. And it’s very in expensive.Anyone find the perfect product for this? Looking to seal tailgate to keep dust out when topper is installed. I see several on the market all varying shapes and sizes.
I’d looked on the bed edge pretty closely yesterday when I almost purchased some stuff from Harbor freight. The gladiator tailgate definitely has some rotation on the bottom bedside. The bottom part of the bed actually it’s real close and there doesn’t appear to be much gap there without a seal. My bedliner probably made up some of the gap but there’s just not much gap there. I agree with you 100% that the majority of the gap is on either side of the tailgate which I believe this stuff will excel and correct in that issue. This works and their site has instructions very specific for Gladiator.
I can't see light anywhere around the tailgate now and I used a bright LED trouble light to check.
The ecological products piece is to cover the gap when hauling rock, sand, wood chips, whatever, and does nothing to seal the sides or corners.
Tip - they say try the bottom piece bulb-up and if it peels downward, install it bulb down.
Install it bulb down............
Go to their website and choose Jeep Gladiator and use those instructions. Works well, IMO.

I had thought about getting the Bedrug - but if I did, I'd still seal the tailgate all the way around to keep the dust from getting up between the bedrug and bed of truck.Interesting as I have an ARE classic CX on order and thinking about the seal. I have the bedrug and I assume that takes care of the bottom. I guess I need the ESI for the sides?
