Taser install help

Installed the taser on my 21 diesel Ruby and now it runs steadily at 1k rpms. I unmarried and did the two sleep cycles, then removed the taser and reconnected the original wires. Start it up and its doing the same thing. Anyone have or had this issue before?

I did as of today. I still have to wait for a responce during normal hours.

Did you accidentally activate the engine PTO feature. Even if you took the Tazer off, it is a setting that is still set. You need the Tazer on the vehicle to turn it off

Or winch mode. But I don't think you can drive with that selected.

I’ll have to plug it in to find that feature. I don’t see the PTO acronym in the book. Fingers crossed! Thanks

YES!! Just send a text to the number provided on the website and they will get back to you! I had to upload a file they sent me, plug it in (do not marry), turn winch control on then off, remove, then plug it in to your computer, update to the most current update, then plug it back in, then EUREKA!!! Super easy!

also I finally found how to enable/disable winch mode with the taser, press left arrow and resume I’ll be confir tomorrow, but I think maybe I just enabled this and need to disable.
