Tazer and manual transmission

getting ready for my last free oil change and went to unmarry my tazer. only step I didn't do was the disconnect batteries. when unmarried I get the ESS light on, I assume because of tire size difference? do I just deal with it till after the oil change and reinstall the tazer and adjust the tire size back after service?
