I'm thinking about picking up a Launch Edition Gladitor. For truck duty, I have a fully loaded 2018 F150 Lariat FX4 with the Ecoboost 3.5L. The Gladiator is more for fun , though if I ended up really loving it, I could see myself parting with the F150 down the road while still having a truck. Is 1% under invoice (I have the FCA affiliate/partner) pricing decent for the Northern California area for an in-stock unit? I can do a bit better than that on another LE, but I prefer the color of the one which isn't quite as good of a deal.

Anything I should look out for? I think the driveshaft recall and fender liners are about the only obvious things. Loose steering, vibrations and a misfire issue seem to be the other common complaints I've seen.

I'm going to make my decision during the next day or two. This would be my first Jeep and I've been eyeing the Gladiator for about the last eight months.

Do it, you’ll love it, but I think you should be able to get closer to 5% under MSRP. There are a bunch of us on here (including myself) that paid about $55,500 including destination charges (without doc fee). Be patient, they’ll accept a reasonable offer that’s close to this. Good luck!
