Potential fines and consequences
Monetary fines: You can be fined up to $5,000 per non-emissions part, with fines potentially reaching tens of thousands of dollars or more.
Business penalties: Businesses that install defeat devices can face multi-million dollar penalties.
Plus it is raw fuel not being burned so no mpg improvement.
But it's America so you do you. It doesnt bother me in the least, it's your money. Have fun
