Tonneau Cover recommendations

So I’m in need of a Tonneau cover and was looking at the Mopar tri-fold hard cover. The one thing I don’t like about the cover are the drain lines running down the inside front of the bed. I can see them getting damaged easily and they take up room. Which I was going to add the JCR Molle panel to the front bed for securing gear. Are the drain lines running top to bottom inside the bed standard with all the hard covers and do all covers require drilling holes in the bed? Does anyone recommend a better hard cover?

This doesn't fit my Gladiator since I have a rack system...but I saw this at the Jeep show and it was pretty clean - especially on the sides....(personally I would flat matt paint the roll up part.).
