I ended up getting a gator trifold off of craigslist. I liked that it is super cheap and easy to remove. I also like that it doesn't reduce bed width with a rail that sits inside the bed rails
Only issue I see so far is the bulkhead seal is not good. It will require some extra weather stripping.

Ordered a speed daddy hard trifold, but got a bad feeling and cancelled it. Trying to decide between a gator, bak, or extan. Decisions...

Just pulled the trigger on a BAK flip fibermax. Wish me luck!
Looks like a nice one. After owning my gator for a while I feel like any tonneau is wayyyy better than none :)

Had a gator on my Tacoma for about four years. Trifold soft. Good cover. didn’t have a bed liner so no telling what the bed would’ve looked like without it. ?
