I have the OEM roll up, it stays dry inside. However, the back seal won’t keep dust out. On dirt roads, trails, etc, expect a fine to thick layer of dust on your stuff in the bed.

The biggest dust culprit is the bottom of the tailgate.

Interesting, I really never even considered that, just figured the tailgate seal wasn’t doing its thing with fine dust particles. I don’t think there’s a real solution there except maybe tarping that area off?

I have the factory soft roll premium. The material shows less dust and requires less cleaning than previous vinyl covers I’ve had. Also, with the Gladiator box being short, narrow and not very tall, I like that the soft roll is top mounted, frameless, and offers full access.

I have the hard tri-fold because I want a good trunk! The bed stays dry in downpours.

I had a BakFlip tri on my Ram and loved the functionality of it. Leaning that way for my Gladi

I’ve got a bed rug and it seems to keep it out since it bridges the gap between the tailgate and the bed. At least on the bottom.
