I’m looking at the OVS and Smartcap for a topper, trying to decide on cost, weight, etc. I recently came across a company called Wanderfox (about an hour and an half away) and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them? There’s not a lot of info on them. What’s appealing is the aluminum and less weight and obviously the cost. Cost is one reason I was looking at OVS but I can’t seem to find any at dealers to look at. Anyone have any wisdom to share? Thanks

No input on those specifically, but have you heard of or looked at agricover? I have their soft topper "overlander" for about 5 years and its been great for my use. More recently (maybe a year ago?) they launched hard toppers in a few versions with a lot of features. Not sure your budget or weights you're looking at, but so far I love this company they have been great. Customer support was excellent when my dog decided to rip a panel. Very quality product imo, fit and finish is excellent

I would consider this one if I were looking at hard tops

I have the OVS. It was on the Jeep when I bought it but I’m loving it. It is very solid. I know because I had to drill a hole in it to pass wiring for my rear camera. It took a bit to do. They are responsive to customer service questions and they have a decent amount of “stuff” you can add as you go. Molle panels and cross bars and stuff like that. The struts for all the panels are high quality as well and have not had any issues at all. I also like that it does NOT have the side windows. Those are just asking for trouble on difficult, off camber trails. The locks are pretty good too but I do have one that was buggered up when I bought it. Will get it replaced eventually but it’s way down “the list”.
