Tow hitch install

My new gladiator rubicon didn’t come with a tow hitch so I bought the mopar one and installed it today. After researching the install, I knew I also needed two rivnuts (?) which I ordered. They are needed to attach the rubicon bumper to the hitch. How do I install these? I was hoping they’d be something like those expanding sheet rock screws, but it can’t be that easy. Lol.
