I'm wondering if anyone pulls a camper with this set up on a Sport model. My tow capacity is 6kl bs but I know mods impact that. Just wondering what I can tow safely with this set up. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thx!

What Sport model? Auto or manual?

None of your business.
Auto or manual?
He told us this when he told us his tow rating.

I've not towed on 37's but I have towed heavy on factory 32.5s. IMO the Gladiator towed very well until about 60-65mph, then it got downright dangerous. I've had many good tow vehicles in the past so I believe I know what that means. Campers are an odd tow to begin with, so maybe do a dry run sufficiently before showtime to have a back-up, just in case.

I love the Jeep, but a heavy-tow vehicle it is not. My opinion has zero to do with the power or brakes FWIW --they were more than sufficient.

I don’t think that anyone can give you an exact number, there are a lot of variables to it. I am on 37’s and stock 4.10 on my JTR, I tow my boat (3500LB inc. trailer) less than 15 miles to launch it and have no issues. I would not want to tow it a long distance though due to it also being a huge sail. I just bought a teardrop trailer that is <2000LB loaded, I have towed it long distance and it went great other than a headwind my whole way home. 8.8 MPG hurt, but I think it will sit around 14-15 towing it without a lot of wind.

I think a safe starting point would be around 50% the factory rating, then adjust from there based on your experience and comfort level.

I pull my 5K boat with my JT on 37's and 5.13's. You definitely know it's back there, It stinks for long trips, but it will do the job.

If you are in stop and go or mountains, keep the trans temp pulled up on the dash and watch it. <220 and you're good to go. >240-ish and I'd adjust driving habits or pull over and let it cool. 250 is when fluid starts to break down and seals have issues.
