I am flat towing my (automatic transmission) 2021 Gladiator behind a motorhome. The Gladiator battery dies along the way even though I have a charge line installed. I have everything turned off I can think of. Has anyone experienced this and have you resolved it?

Sounds like the charge line isn't actually charging or there's a connection issue.
Make sure it's got both the hot and ground to the battery terminals - and always always charge on the top of the IBS on the negative terminal and not the battery post itself, or else ground through a chassis ground.
There's no way a Jeep is pulling more power than the tow vehicle can keep up with unless there's a problem with the connections or similar.

I Agee with ShadowsPapa. I would get a new electrical cord and and make sure it's tightly connected. We tow our Gladiator behind our rig all the time, (we're full timers), and haven't had any issues.

Our JT doesn't use ANY battery power when hooked to the motorhome - the NSA Ready Brute tow bar system is completely mechanical, and I've got the lights set up so they're powered by the motorhome and not the Jeep when being towed - basically a home-made version of the CoolTech harness.

One thing to verify on your system is how much power is actually getting to the Jeep from the motorhome: if you're feeding the connector with 16 AWG wire you're probably not getting anywehere close to 12VDC into the Jeep.
