Maybe they swerved to miss something? Construction zone so they were likely already slowed down, so trailer sway seems unlikely...

Probably came up to the construction zone too hot and got on the brakes hard and the trailer pushed it around. Back in the day when I was in HS I almost had something similar happen with my Single Cab Short Bed Ford Ranger and towing two jet skis.

Could be, or somebody cut them off merging, who knows? People are assuming overloaded or no brakes, but I don't see any vehicle damage and it's not overturned, so they may have avoided a big one.
