I've had both, and I've narrowed it down to these two brands for my upcoming tire replacement. My front axle is built for larger, but due to prices and me having a good spare that I've fit into the stock location, I'm going to stick with 37s

I like that the Nittos are slightly larger, and hold their square shape even when they're as worn down as mine are now. However, I feel like the Toyos lasted a little longer. When it comes to offroad traction and toughness, I think they're equal

What are y'all's thoughts?

Toyo's harder to balance, Trail Grapplers easy. I've ran both Nitto's better in every way on and off road and IMO sidewalls best.

Toyo owns Nitto.
I only have experience with one set of Nitto tires, Ridge Grapplers. They are an okay tire, but not great. They are pretty tuff, but at the expensive of being heavy and stiff compared to better tires I have run. I think the Toyo option is above Nitto.

You really can't go wrong with either one. I have had both and they both did me well. My preference is the Toyo due to the lighter weight. Well, this time since I went with the Toyo AT3. I liked the MT as well.
