Patagonia MTs in Snow?

Just about everywhere online I read how mud terrains are actually not a great tire to have when dealing with snow. However, I have a set of 35 in Patagonia MTs and I feel like I am getting really good performance in the snow. I know they are somewhat considered a hybrid. Those that are running these tires, what performance are you getting in the snow?

We just got 4-5 inches of snow 4 days ago and another 4 inches overnight. Most roads were cleared between the snows but even in places that had the combined 8-9 inches of snow my Jeep seemed to handle extremely well. It got to the point where I was trying to mess around a little bit but couldn’t while in 4H because I was getting to much traction. But not to worry, toss it back in 2H and there is plenty of fun to be had.

I did more snow In my JL with Patagonia and I just had them installed on the JT to be honest I think these are some of the Best tires out there and I have never had a snow issue at all.

They basically are a cheaper version of the Goodyear MTR's from what I've saw and read online. No experience with the Milestar Patagonia's but I did run some of the Goodyear MTR's a few years back on my JKU and they did awesome in snow and everything else. I've been told the tread pattern on them are pretty similar. I'm picking up a used set of Goodyear MTrs used today to make sure I want to run 37's on my JT. They are $400 and have about 70% of tread life left. If they pan out I'm planning on getting a set of the Milestars Patagonia's in a 37 12.5 17 based on information I've read on here and online when The Goodyear's wear out. For reference when I say cheaper I mean price wise, I'm not saying they are a worse tire by no means.

I have them on my JT for about 10k now, and they are doing fine in snow and rain. I have not noticed significant differences to other MTs that I ran before (and are better than the Dick Cepeks that I had on my JK as the last set of tires). They got a bit louder over time, but that is also not unusual for MTs.
Overall I do recommend them.

I really hadn't anticipated using them in the snow much living in central Texas, but with the crazy snow we've had twice this year and the terrain in my area they have performed great. Snowing here again right now...
