I would add them. Mine came with them.

Are you ordering the truck? If you get one with the inverter and interior outlet, adding the Trail Rails should also get you an outlet in the bed.
Nope, already got it just looking at ads ons. Ended up pulling the trigger as I found a set for a good price ?

I have a tri-fold soft tonneau cover that attaches to the bed, no rail system needed. I put D rings in the screw holes on one side of the bed and a length of Unistrut on the other side to hold my Hi-Lift. The Unistrut is slotted so I was able to put the Hi Lift bracket holders whereever I wanted. Was a scrap piece at work so didn't cost me anything and works well.
