The dealer diagnosed my Service 4WD light on my 2020 Gladiator as needed the TCCM replaced. He has had the part backordered since March. This week I got a part myself from an aftermarket mopar dealer. This is the exact part number the dealer could not get. My question is where is the Transfer Case Control Module located and is it plug and play or will it need flashing by a dealer?

Thanks

The DTCM is located about center behind the back seats. The whole back seat assembly and plastic wall panels need to come out to access it.

Thank you I found it and got it swapped out. Seems to fix my problem. The seats did not have to come out just the back wall trim panel, and the floor trim panel

So when you swapped the module did you need to get it programed or was it plug and play? I am having a U0102 code and am getting 9v on the ground wire (Blk/ylw wire) on white male connector, it make me think that the module is shorted. I haven't purchased new module but will. I did look a schematics to verify that it was a ground wire.

Update: Tested power, ground and switched power. Pinouts for connectors are in all data, could not find in forums ($20 a month and cancel anytime, highly recommend). Did not find any open fuses. Like before found about 8V-9V on ground wire. Traced ground wire circuit and found ground wire connection to chassis ground near passengers C piller to be loose. Tightend and retested for voltage and found none. Cleared codes with scanner and rescanned and non recurred. Tested all functions of transfer case and completely operational.
