tripometer problem and gear selector problem

my 2020 gladiator resets the gear selector every time i kill the truck. I can set it to show what gear i am in and it works perfectly. When i kill it and restart then i have to select it again. I also can set the trip and after i restart it sets back to a previous setting. Anyone else have this problem?

Is it a new problem, or has it always done it?
How old are the batteries?
Have you made any changes to the electrical system?

its always done it on the trip. I did have an ess problem when i first got it and they replaced the second battery. the gear selector i have only used recently.

Sounds like a problem with the dash panel that the dealer will probably have to replace.
