Great Point. Many times I have seen a good line that my Gladiator should make, but, in the middle of the line, boulders get pushed by my tires under the truck and I hit my skids or get a little turtled and have to back up and reset. Boulders and Rocks is the nature of out west 4wheeling vs. driving fire roads and saying that you are 4wheeling.
No question. I had a line in mind yesterday, and something moved, and I was probably a few inches off. I ended up finding my rear diff skid for a gentle hard stop. @Mightytalldude and I looked at it, and figured out a good way out. It’s just part of it. Reasons for good skids. It made it relaxing and funny, instead of creating damage.
