Trying to build a JT online, can't get certain options, should I do this at the dealer?

I am trying to build a JT online, I want max tow, but I want the manual trans and normal all season tires. Max tow is $995 but it forces you to add the $600 A/T tires and $2000 auto trans, which really makes max tow $3600, and I am trying to keep this truck at or under $40K. Will a dealership be able to override options?

No - Max tow is only available in Auto Transmission.

Towing is reduced (substantially) with manual transmission, so I guess they won't let you have maximum reduced towing even if you're willing to pay for it.
