Type of Hitch Receiver

Any recommendations for an adjustable receiver hitch? I had a Weigh Safe (click here) and then found this Anderson (click here). I am going to have a 5 inch lift and pull a few different trailers so need to have the ability to easily adjust it.

I have been using the Andersen system for the last 18 years with different trailers and tow vehicles. Great hitch and company to deal with.
