How to you enable the “location and info setting on the Uconnect app

When I click those it restarts the app and brings me back to the home screen. I have a newer iPhone with the up to date software..

What year is tour JT? Are you still in the trial period where you get the Uconnect app and xm guardian for free? If you are, you need to make sure you are signed up and registered.

if out of the free period, you’ll likely need to contact xm or sign up.

I have no clue when the free period ends or what all I did to register for my free period.

2020 JT and the free year ends in August. Everything works, I just don’t have those two options.

Maybe that's it My Gladiator is a month old and I thought I signed up for it but maybe not. Now i need to go check.

Try removing and reinstalling the app. The options should automatically show up. I use it on an Android phone with no issues.

I bought an Overland. The dealer signed me up for everything, and it was working before I left.

Believe it or not, I went to settings and switched the App setting from US to Metric then back to US and it all populated.... weird
