Uconnect "Sirius Favorites" function just STOPPED working

I have 2020 Gladiator Overland. Everything worked fine for the first 7 or 8 months but then in the last 2 months Sirius favorites stopped working. My favorite artists are still in the system but it will not tell me when they are on air! I can be listing to a flagged favorite artist but look at the favorite artist on air list and it will say no artist online. I took it in to the dealership and they reloaded the software but that did not fix it and was basically told by the tech sorry we can't fix it. He was kind of clueless on the whole sirius favorite artist feature.

Anyone else with this problem? Anyone have a fix? This feature on the u connect is the only reason I would renew sirius. Thanks

I would love to get my radio fixed if you can help with that. Maybe get the engineers that designed U Connect to find a fix because the tech at dealership has no idea how to fix it and I think he has washed his hands of it.

Have you contacted SiriusXM? Maybe they stopped sending the info in the data stream for that feature.
