Underseat Toolbox - Bin With Lid - Part Numbers

I'm not sure if this got posted elsewhere, but just in case anyone is looking for it in the future:

I'm seeing two part numbers for the toolbox:
6LT89TX7AB
6LT89TX7AC

I don't know why there are two.

A quick search on the internets brings up that they are roughly $800!

There was a revision somewhere hence "supercedence , yes" and two part numbers.

Hey @ralphjjr who sells it for $800? I went to a couple of Jeeps parts departments and they were over $1000 and that is without locks, dividers or the grab handle. Love to know.

I just googled the part number. According to the diagram, part #1 is inclusive of all of the smaller parts.

Very interesting @ralphjjr. Thanks for the info. I just emailed that to a dealership and asked them to confirm it. Would be nice to have. And FYI I just got my Gladiator ordered about an hour ago.

Curious, if you just ordered it an hour ago, why didn’t you go ahead and put the cargo management group option on for $895, which also includes the high output alternator and bed outlet instead of paying close to that amount for the under seat storage alone?

That is only available on Sport S, Overland and Rubicon models. Can’t get that on a base Sport model.

You would have to spend some thousands more to go from a base Sport to a Sport S model and you then have to pay I think $800 more to get the trail rail system that includes that under seat box. That would make it a rather expensive box.
