Used 2022 52k under 10k miles private party

Looking at Rubicon and Mojave with the above specs. Fully stock.
Is 40-45k a low ball offer? I think the 23-24 have some considerable discounts that put it close to these price ranges.

still paying 6.5%+ tax either way and it is used.

When I went to buy last year the used prices were asinine. 57-65k for a used 22MY, so i ordered a new 23 with the specs I wanted. Out the door for 51k.

I was looking at private party. Sounds like 40-45k isn’t unreasonable but may be to a private owner.
