Last year I purchased a set of five JLU Rubicon wheels and tires with TPS for a smoking deal. The four wheels and tires that were used were at about 50% tread depth and the spare was new. These are all 33” factory BFG AT KO2 C rated tires. I’m thinking to get my best “bang for the buck” I’ll purchase 3 new matching KO2’s and use the new spare for a set of four. I’ll have the tire place put the best of the four “left over” back on for the spare. Any flaw to my logic?
Also, I’ll be swapping back to the stock High Altitude wheels and tires for summer. Better ride, quieter, and better fuel mileage.
