  1. Bed Partition / Grocery & Drywall Holder

I FINALLY cut the board for the back of the Gladiator. The 57 and 5/8ā€ length was perfect. So far I just did the length cut and the 45 degree cuts on the board. Still need to cut the slots and round the edges with the router. The cedar board is lighter and it smells great!
  2. Tow Package on EcoD

ā€™21 EcoD High Altitude with tow package and no aux switches. Iā€™ve got the 240 amp alternator but the smaller battery. Thereā€™s just a spacer there as the battery tray is the same. when I need to replace the battery Iā€™ll be ā€œupgradingā€ to the bigger battery just because. Pulled a big enclosed...
  3. HPFP Replacement Recall - Post Fix Review

Got ours done yesterday. They did the rear axle seal recall as well. Turns out the right was leaking too so that one got done under warranty. Sheā€™s right as rain now and Iā€™ll admit to feeling a little more at ease with the pump replaced.
  4. Ok. Need a quick and dirty thumbs up or down on purchasing 2023 Diesel Gladiator Rubicon

I love my ā€˜21 HA diesel. Also, ā€œno ballsā€ and a diesel Gladiator do not belong in the same sentence. Itā€™s no Corvette, but itā€™s got torque for days. Itā€™ll absolutely push you back in the seat and has zero problems pulling hard right up to the 110mph speed limiter. Iā€™d buy another in a heartbeat.
  5. Would you buy a diesel gladiator again?

Absolutely. Love our Gladiator and the diesel just makes it better. The effortless power is awesome.
  6. Not impressed with Gladiator performance in snow

Our HA Diesel is a beast in the snow. Our son lives in Michigan so we go up there regularly in the winter. We do swap out to Rubicon 17ā€ wheels with 285-17/70 KO2ā€™ for winter and when we go wheeling. It has clawed through some truly nasty roads in the hinterlands of Michigan coming home at...
  7. Diesel rubicon suspension on sport

Iā€™ve got a ā€˜21 Diesel HA. My front springs have the same part number as a gas Rubi. I have no idea if that is helpful to you or notā€¦ā€¦
  8. Waiting on a flatbed. ECT and oil pressure alerts……

The wiring harness issue on the passenger side was the problem. The dealership is going to wrap the harness in that area and try to move it further from the exhaust and heat shield. Iā€™ll have it back tomorrow. The service manager said she was going to say something to her upstream about a...
  9. Waiting on a flatbed. ECT and oil pressure alerts……

The ETC and oil pressure alerts were clear when we started it up to put it on the flatbed. Just a CEL. When we unloaded it at the dealership for the next start even the CEL cleared. Iā€™m interested in what they tell me tomorrowā€¦ā€¦ I will say that my experience with Jeep Wave was great!
  10. Waiting on a flatbed. ECT and oil pressure alerts……

Getting ready for Silver Lake and some sand dune running next week. Tanked up our Glad and washed it. On the way to the parts store for a jug of DEF (half empt) and the dash lights up like a Christmas tree. ETC and oil pressure. Engine still running but stumbles. I immediately pull over and...
  11. Electronic Stop/Start and Turbo Protection

One of several reasons why Iā€™m not a fan of ESS. As stated before thatā€™s the first button I hit when I start the Jeep.
  12. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Installed the NFab podium stainless step bars yesterday.
  13. Diesel no longer available to order!

Thatā€™s too bad. IMHO the diesel is the ā€œrightā€ power train for the Gladiator. We have a paltry 20k miles on ours but we love it.
  14. Waiting for the hatchet to fall ...............

Iā€™m not a fan of ESS especially in our diesel. The Gladiator and the Silverado both do it. My ā€œautomaticā€ start process is to hit the start button then hit the disable ESS. I fully understand that the manufacturer upgrades the starter for the additional cycles. What I really donā€™t like is...
  15. NEW! Stage Series HitchMount LED Pod Kit | The BEST 5 Minute Mod!

    Iā€™m liking this a lot.
  16. Ecodiesel power derating as temps rise?

I haven't done anything other than a K&N filter to my engine. It still looks like my profile pic...... I've debated doing the cover and foam packing. From my understanding it's just there for noise abatement, correct?
  17. Front speaker options

There's been quite a few threads about replacing the front speakers, even some recently. Most of the concentration seems to be on the 3.5" dash speakers as they are by far the easiest to get to. I haven't done anything yet but I'm seriously thinking about just swapping out the fronts. From my...
  18. Ecodiesel power derating as temps rise?

So last month we drove to Orlando. Took the ecoD Gladiator and drove 1100-ish highway miles each way. We actually ran into a speed restriction on the way home based on heat soak/temp. On the way home we were coming through Atlanta. Anyone that's ever driven through Atlanta in the daytime...
  19. Z96 High Pressure Fuel Pump Recall!!!!!!

Mine was purchased in May of '21 with an April '21 build date. Dealer said the recall applies to our VIN.
