Sounds like the same guy who told me that my winch was draining my batteries and moved the ground cable over to another stud.They stated that it was most likely a "stuck" computer or module, and it may have received an over the air update, which cause the system to reboot.
These don't get OTA updates except for the UCONNECT system. The main modules, like the BCM, PCM and others must be manually flashed to update.
(and when the UCONNECT system/radio is going to update, it warns you and doesn't just go)
