I have been exploring some further, and hopefully the last, adjustments to my electrical system. In exploring some options I ran into a few of the items below. Victron, from what I remember over the past 10 years, had(s) a very well known name for quality and technology. I am considering a couple of these options to better compartmentalize, organize, and monitor electrical usage. I have done a lot of math to arrive at my current battery setup but it would be nice to utilize the tech to have some good real world data to compare against said math to see where things land and what adjustments in capacity/solar, if any, are warranted.

I would think that having two of these, one for each battery would be nice to better comprehend actual real world usage. However, I am not sure how well it would work with the two batteries being in parallel, on top of the whole system being connected (at times) to the main starting battery depending on voltage.

It does look like a single system is capable of monitoring two batteries, and I could simplify it by opening the battery combiner circuit when parked, but then the main battery would not receive the advantage of being topped off by the solar.

This option is intriguing. It goes along with their 'lynx' system which seems cool, although far above my needs in such a simple setup. But, I do like how clean it would make wiring. Not that my current wiring is not clean, but this would be even cleaner. I would still need a main negative buss for all the small items though. This essentially would replace the main positive buss I already have, look cleaner, and have a cool monitoring feature for the fuses.

I suppose the real question is, how much benefit does this system actually offer? Does anyone here have any personal experience with either of these items? I figured somebody here has to have the smart shunt, but I don't recall specifically.
