want max tow fender lip on my rubicon. is it possible?

I don't need the XR flares and kinda dig the look of the max tow fender lips. Is it possible to put these on my rubicon? My current 35x12.5s sit almost perfectly under my stock flares but i saw a rubicon JL with these other fender flares and i like it!

No. You can replace the entire fender flares, but you cannot change out the fender flare lips. They are single piece. And moreover because the sport and rubicon fenders are different they wouldn't fit even if they weren't one piece.

oh so those plastic rivets don’t hold the lip to the fender flare. I guess they only serve to hold onto the liner instead. Noted!
