Hello everybody!
When my climate/fan is off there is a light stream of warm air blowing on driver's feet.
Also there is no way to make fan to blow just outside air, it is always warmer. The temperature setting does not make any difference.
A/C however works fine .
Is it normal?

That matches my experience with every vehicle I've been in from the past few decades. The heater core inside the HVAC box constantly has hot coolant going through it when you drive, regardless of how cold you have the temperature set, and it seems the mode doors never do quite shut off all the airflow making its way into the cabin, so invariably you end up with a bit of warm air leaking out somewhere when the fan isn't on.

I found that if you turn the temperature setting down to the lowest setting (but don't turn on the AC) and then manually turn the HVAC system off this helps with this issue. Not sure if you tried that yet.

Yes, I tried that. I also tried putting temp on the lowest, manually shitting AC down and turning just a fan on - still the same.
