v1.0 - 2023 Mojave in Granite Crystal with light gray leather interior.

v1.5 Mojave got Amp Research Power Steps XL, window tint, Bakflip4 tonneau cover, Bestop Sunrider, UnderGround Graphics bedside decals, front fender decals and Gladiator stickers to bring out the orange as my AEV Wrangler is in Punkin'.

v2.0 is coming before Christmas hopefully. Ordered a bunch of Baja Designs and AEV parts and bed mats to go over the factory spray in liner. Still no plan on lifting it so the wife can drive it if she wants. The JL370 is too tall for her, even with the Rockslide Engineering steps.

Since the Arctec didn't arrive in time for my JL, I sent the Gladiator to Mount Zion Offroad for v2.0, Work has started.

The completed AEV EX with BD Squadron lights replacing the factory fogs. BD LP6 not yet installed. SHould be completed next week. Then they do more to my AEV Wrangler JLUR.

Tech found an oil leak. Mojave has less than 1000 miles on it. It will go to dealer for this.

The AEV bumper is a bear to put together, I'm sure you are glad you had the shop do it.

VoSwitch installed. I hate paying for install, but I have neither the time nor the talent to not screw it up.

So much for now. I drove the JL370 up to Mount Zion Offroad to switch it out with my JT Mojave. I walk in the door and Mike (owner of Mount Zion and avid offroader) looks at me and asks when am I going to put 37s on it. Ugh!!! It got me thinking to put the my JL370 37s on the Mojave and then get 38s or 39s for the JL370. We'll see. I've had enough outlay on Jeeps this year for 30 years.

The typical 48" tailgate 3 function light bar was installed and hidden underneath the tailgate and still is bright. You would have to look up under the tailgate to see it. In the nirmal spot, it would block the spare tire removal hole.

The AEV Salta wheels are a perfect match for the Crystal Granite paint, that I still want to call Baltic Gray. Already had to correct it in the first post. The Terraflex heavier front springs worked perfectly with the added weight to the front and the ride of the Mojave may even feel better.

Upon getting into the truck, Mount Zion left me a wonderful bag of swag. There is a good reason that people travel long distances to have Mount Zion Offroad work on their vehicles. The JL370 is my third that they put their touch on. Their advice, quality, and installation are nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this shop.

I had a great experience with Mt. Zion earlier this year with some work on the Ram Rebel I had prior…will definitely reach out to Mike again when looking to empty every pocket! Would love to put an LED bull bar on my Mojave but can’t find anything that will fit. I’m sure Mike can think of something!

What color Salta's are those? I may be headed into a '24 Mojave X in Granite in the not so far future and I'm considering Saltas, and those do look good!...

I really love the Saltas on the Gladiators. I purchased the Onyx as they have a metal flake in them that really matched the Granite paint. No regrets.
