Water on drivers floor

Went on a week vacation came back and auto started the truck to warm up. When I got in I had about an inch of water on my drivers floor mat? Anybody experienced this?

No never had it removed, I took out my floor mat and dumped it but there was water underneath as well

Is the truck normally parked under a tree? I parked my last vehicle under a tree once for a couple of days, leaves fell through the hood grill and plugged the drain holes, and dumped a bunch of water on the floor. Make sure the drain holes are clean/open. Look behind the hood, through the grill slots.
