Water Pump am I the first ???

Since you and I fan boy on the LS motors...

....that's an engine you can do a hell of a quick water pump on

Especially my SS Camaro with electric fans and electric power steering. Just about nothing is in the way.

Honestly ths pump itself comes off and goes on with relative ease .
There is a tightening sequence and torque spec as it is bolting into aluminum.
I was able to find the tightening sequence in an online video on You-Tube that a female mechanic did. She was slick at it but she was very informative.
What takes so king is all of tbe stuff ya have to take off and put back on it to do the job. Not to mention the accessory serpentine drive belt.. see previous post for my displeasure of that beast. And I dont know if there is a trick to it or not but it ( belt)was difficult.
