Put the kids in a dog crate?
Heck, my grandson might enjoy that, he's a bit goofy sometimes.

Make sure they the windows are not just slightly opening themselves. Mine would over time and I solved it by taking off the handle and putting back / re-clocking on to make sure handle weight is always pushing down to the up side motion. Hope that make sense.
Interesting, on every car I've had with manual windows, it's taken some effort to get them to move down. But I have noticed the smaller windows in 4 door vehicles move a bit more easily - still, haven't seen that..
Good idea, though.............. move the handles to a position they can't open themselves, or, bumping them makes them go up, not down (maybe the kids aren't doing it on purpose??)

On locks, how about installing a solenoid in the door in a way that a pin goes into the track and prevents movement? Might be a good use for aux switches?
Or get the lock motors from an older vehicle with power locks. You could easily rig them in the doors to prevent window movement.
