Ways to improve engine performance/efficiency while passing emissions?

I’m trying to find ways to improve engine performance/efficiency. Ideally I am looking for things that will still pass emissions. Any ideas?

Everything is computer controlled. You can add a CAI and change out the exhaust, but any increases will be negligible. You can try one of the pedal controllers. Any major changes, like a tuner or supercharger, will likely void the factory engine warranty.

Livernois Tune with a second PCM to swap in for warranty work.

You'd still have risk of voiding the warranty, since there would be telltale signs like three total key cycles, but this is the best way to accomplish real performance with lower (Not zero) risk.
