We are modifying the samples of storage bags, 600D waterproof Oxford cloth+high-density flannel composite liner, waterproof zippers.
Pay deposit now and receive free tube doors storage bag upon delivery.
The front doors can be put into the bag without removing the rearview mirror (2 front doors in one bag, two rear doors in one bag, The two doors are separated by felt.)
I tried lifting it, but it was a bit heavy and the straps would pinch my hands, so we needed to add plastic handles.

These are electrophoretic treated tube door bodies only, it looks glossy black on the outside, you can spray any custom paint to change it.

I think this is going to be one of the nicest details on these doors, something that is really different than all the others! As an engineer, I'm extremely intrigued by this. I'm going to have to see if I can find a video on YouTube to understand how this is done. If you happen to know of one, please, share a link!

I just happened to take these photos a few days ago, Hope they can help, I am not an expert in this area, but what I know is that we developed steel molds, one for the front and rear doors. Some factories will make resin molds or aluminum alloy molds, but these molds are not as durable as steel and are slightly less precise. The textures on the mold are made by etching the mold with acid, leaving fine textures on the surface when making PU. (Not sure how to express this step in English. The factory told me that if this step is not done, there will be many pores on the PU surface, which will greatly reduce the durability)
I found this video, which is similar to what I saw in the factory. They were resting when I went there, so I didn't see them operating it with my own eyes, but I think it should be similar.

In fact, we didn't design this part at the beginning. When we visited the factory, we happened to meet someone from the PU factory there. Their factory was very close to our Tube door factory, so we stopped by to visit it.
I think this PU is very interesting, so we decided to add this part to all doors. As far as I know, we should be the first brand to use PU on tube doors. To be honest, I was worried that this would make the armrest too thick at first, because we originally used a relatively thick 2-inch steel pipe, but after I got it, I felt it was just right. Everything looked clean and low-key. I believe you will like it

By the way, after two weeks of crazy storms, we finally got a cloudy day... We went up the mountain today to shoot a lot of footage, and I'm going to make a video without background music to show you if this door rattles.

Aesthetically it looks better and I could see where if it were perfectly smooth, how air pockets could form on the surface which would create pores that would then become a point of failure for premature cracking and tearing.

I can't stop commending you! This is a large global endeavor and I don't think many people can fully appreciate how challenging this is to do. Not only are you pulling it off, but your execution so far is nothing short of exceptional and really really inspiring to me. I'm trying to something of my own (yibcraftice on IG), and while its nowhere near the complexity of yours, I'm still overwhelmed with all the aspects of trying to bring a product to market (domestically, not even internationally mind you!).

You must be proud (and if you're not, you should be). I'll be here cheering you on while I continue to anxiously wait for my set!
