Weatherproof Cargo Bags

Looking for recommendations on weatherproof cargo bags. Was considering the Yakima 16 cubic foot bag, but it has poor reviews. I also saw the ARB stormproof duffle bags that can be carried on a roof rack. Does anyone have experience with them? Any advice is appreciated.

I'd look at some of the drybags made for watersports. I've used a bunch of smaller ones when kayaking, and would trust those before going with one big bag.

If you are still looking here is what I have had good luck with too. I've been using them for a few decades with out a problem. This one has been around the world with me, and be many dive boats too.
