I'm slightly overweight.

6480 lbs completely loaded down with with 4 passengers and all our gear for a week on the trail. I'm not over the axle ratings yet and I've swapped out springs and upgraded brakes already. Pretty sure that GVWR range isn't accurate for the rig anymore so I'll just say under the axle ratings.
For being "over loaded" albeit barley it handles and drives great.

I'm not allowed to post the weight because my wife is afraid it will disclose her true weight if I post dry weight and weight plus passengers,

But I will try to hit the scales and get something useful posted. This is good info!

Beast mode right there! I'm into my jt earlier than expected as my beloved 14 ram 1500 pentastar was taken out this november and i do a lot of comparing to that before i jumped to jt. That ram had plenty of power for my needs, in fact i called it quick, the v8 6spd's i could whip most of them, the light weight front end off road was so much better, i could go on and on about that truck but it was maxed out for me dimensions wise as i still do a lot of city work so mirror to mirror being 26" narrower was a big draw! Anyway, that truck all set up was 5600 lbs with me in it, 5400 without, 3.55 axle, 8spd auto. So this jeep should end up a sports car in comparison, i'll keep it light, improve offroad capability, give up that monstrous interior space and huge fuel tank and some ride quality but those were areas i could afford to give up in trade, plus get a manual again and become apart of driving again, huge draw. You've built an end of the world rover there! I pull a little cargo trailer camper build but it won't offroad like that. I think if my kids and i venture into overlanding will start with backpacking gear to keep that minimalst initially, we can upsize the tent and may have to have some bear defence tricks up our sleeve but will have to really love overlanding to build a beast like that! Looks good awesome!

My JT is a truck and I will treat it as I have every other truck that I have owned. Pile it in until the tires are close to rubbing. No way in hell am I going to worry about adding up the weight of people and stuff I put it in it. Using trailers the same way. Hook it up and drive. If it doesn’t move or doesn’t feel safe, worry about it then. It’s a truck folks. Pretty sure you don’t see F150, Silverado, Ranger, Colorado, and yes even Taco owners debating for months about if you can carry 2 or 3 coolers along with 4 friends and luggage. Doesn’t happen in the real world.
