2022 with a 3.5 inch JKS lift with Fox 2.5 shocks. It's all been installed for over two years. Truck is well maintained in our Heavy Truck Repair Shop.

I did some moderate off-roading Sunday. After coming out of the forest I noticed a light clunk whenever I roll forward and hit the brake or when I roll backward and hit the brake. It only does it once in each direction. It originally sounded like it was in the sway bar and replaced the bushings, nothing changed. I have had two mechanics under this truck all morning checking bolts, looking for anything bent etc. We can't find anything.

I took it out to a rocky, rutted out climb near my house hit it hard a few times in 4x2, 4x4, Sway bar locked, and sway bar disconnected. When I got done it was worse, now instead of one clunk there was now 2-3 in reverse. We have flushed out the frame rails to eliminate the chance that something was in there rolling around. All of the bushings on the torque rod and trailing arms look good.

Has anyone experienced this and found the solution?

Thanks

When I had a clunk noise while slowly backing and breaking I found my lower control arm had come loose
