Best way I can describe the sound is like when you’re running over a water bottle. Sound is only heard when I’m driving under 10mph. It started about 2 days ago. Little bit of back story I got my truck lifted with a jks 3.5” j kontrol lift about a month ago. Ball joints were also replaced with teraflex heavy duty ones and current tires are 35’s. 50k miles on the gladiator, not sure where to start looking. Truck drives smooth at highway speeds and no wandering or loose steering.

Front Wheel hub possibly jack that wheel up and grab the tire top and bottom and shake it. See if it wobbles. If it does bearing in the wheel hub are wore out.
Also rotate it it should be smooth a noise free if you hear grinding and crackling noises or it is extremely stiff to turn it is again the bearing in the wheel hub are worn out.

Did what you suggested, turns out there was a lug not completely loose inside the wheel, I have aftermarket ones that have a cover so couldn’t tell. Had my tires rotated and balanced at the dealership 4 days ago so guessing they didn’t tighten all the lugs

Wow well it was discovered that is the important thing. The centrifugal force was making it stop from making noise after get some rotational speed up. Glad you found it .
