@tysongladiator Steel Tie rod? I am betting the tube wall thickness is too thin. Had that issue on a ECGS front axle they used a 0.120 wall tube that flexed terribly. Also what is causing the vibration? Tires? Wheels? Alignment? Something is starting the oscillation.

I have gone away from Steel in my steering systems on the last several Jeeps in favor of 7071 Aluminum 1.75 or 2.0 inch tie rods and Drag links. Never had an issue after that.

Note I run 7-8 degrees of caster on my rigs.
The Apex tie rod and drag link ends are shot. I put stock equipment back on and issues are gone. I did a side by side comparison of the bars and there's a lot more movement in the Apex ends than the stock ends.
