Will lift kit level my 2020 JT? Or do I need to get a level kit as well?

Sounds like you're having excessive wandering, I don't think tire pressure is the problem, usually this is indicative of too little caster. Caster should be somewhere between 5.5 and 6 degrees for best results and minimal wandering. Bring it to an alignment shop and have them double check everything!
