Another 5 tire rotation. Every 3k miles for something that is this laborious is getting old but a labor of love to be on 40’s.

Good work. I use the same pattern. I’m thinking about following your lead though and doing it more often. Have been doing a 5 way every 5,000 or so on my 37’s. But I’d like them to last five minutes longer.

Dynatrac Balljoints
Synergy springs 4” fronts and 3” rears.
Yeti Track bar

Took out those garbage Teraflex ball joints that DO NOT work with RCVs (@TeraFlex) and put in Dynatrac...waaaay better in every way. Another friend also had the same rubbing issue with his RCVs and these balljoints.

Swapped out the Clayton Springs for Synergy…MUCH better ride. Clayton’s were insanely stiff bouncing all over the place no matter what setting I had my Fox 2.5s at. Now I can actually feel the adjustment on the shocks.

Swapped out the Clayton track bar for the Yeti, I could see the Clayton flex under load the Yeti is much more stout and have zero flex.

Thinking about going with that same kc light set up looks clean
I really like mine for the same reason and I'm using a 6 bank AuxBeam controller to power them since I don't have the OEM auxiliary switches in my Mojave :)

Thanks. My siping starts to feather a little around 34-3500 miles. So I just rotate at 3k. I’m at 24k and still going strong with the milestar Patagonia 40’s. I had heard stories of only lasting 20k but they will far exceed that with proper rotation, pressure, and of course the 5th tire rotated in gives another 20%.

Yesterday I installed Asfir T-case skid, though about installing the fuel tank skid. But a real PTA with sprained or broken ankle and no lift so limited space under JT so a real tight spot with out ramps or lift.
Today fixed coffee on tailgate as I've been doing for last 3-4 weeks :giggle:

What pressure are you running in them?? I have Patagonia 37’s and I can’t seem to prevent them from being loud. I’ve tried high 20’s to low and mid thirties and right I’m running 35 psi and have been rotating at 3k miles.

Just installed the underground graphics rear tailgate wrap. I went to the auto part store and bought some red pin strip to outline the wrap and then hit up the headlight bezel with the pin stripe as well.

Was surprised FedEx delivered on a Sunday so I put on my VisionX rear bumper lights. I bought some red reflective tape to replace the plastic reflectors. Easy install. I ran the harness ontop of the passenger side frame rail and used long and thick zip ties to secure the harness. I got to see if the LaminX tint worked on the tag lights. Still a bit bright but better than it was and illuminates my tag enough to not get noticed by the cops. Just waiting for my A pillar lights to arrive and decide on which front white driving lights to get and I will be done light wise.

36-38 highway. Hard to keep them there when weather fluctuates in spring and fall.
18-20 off road, no beadlocks.

Do not chalk. They’re made to run on the center section that has siping for highway. The outside edges that have no siping are for off-road use only. Will be loud and wear quick if trying to run on full tread on highway.
