Got around to installing the Echomaster rearview mirror with built in rear/front dashcam. So much easier to see past my bedrack/RTT setup when the camera is mounted to the rack itself.

Been eyeballing that panel for a bit now. Was curious how it affected the headroom for passengers in the back....let me know please.
I sat in it and it’s tight with things hanging on it. With nothing on it head room is fine.

Just out of curiosity, what are these?

Part of the mounting system for the rack and they opted to add tie downs. I have a mesh netting system to hold shit in the bed. It's a nice little feature

Hey what rack or camper cover do you have on your gladiator
It's the Maximus 3.

I have been told it's been discontinued.........but my buddy wants one too. I'm sure if y'all reached out it might prompt them to get it back in production. IMO it's one of the best looking racks for the JT

I have not extensively chased this down, but it sounds like my driver side sway bar bushing picked up a squeak after fluid film application. This is one of the split bushings that I don’t think is bonded to the sway bar. I suspect I was too sloppy in my application and lubed the surface between the bushing and the sway bar.
Ah, the sway bar bushings. They are supposed to be clamped so tight as to not move on the bar but twist with the bar.
Hmmm, this will be interesting to see what you find.
You could always remove the bracket and clean the bushing off, I suppose.
I replaced the bushings on my car because they were no longer cleanly clamped to the bar and the bar was moving in the bushings - but then they were many years old, too.
Good luck.

You could post this in the "what did you haul.........." thread since you are showing the payload in the bed of the truck.

Previously showed a pic of the rear power insert - actually got around to getting it connected and testing it out on the fridge.

Nice. Curious as to the wire size and wiring methods you used. Always looking at ideas even I installed mine a year ago - never stop learning.

Read my mind, ive been looking to do this. Where did you put the rear camera? I am spoiled by my 2500 cummins that has the digital mirror, and sometimes i put crap ontop of my bed in the jeep and then the rearview is useless.

It’s an honor to get a question from you!

Disclosure: im a pussy on all things electric. I had a local shop do the wiring.

I initially did the cutting in the bed to get the panel from Nilight (Amazon$16). I even bought the 14 gauge wire and planned to wire directly to battery. I ended up letting the shop use my materials to do it.

they connected the wires to a fuse, then to the battery. Cleaned up and smoothed out my hack job of cutting, powder coated the edges and sealed it up before drilling it in. The guys at the shop loved it and asked where I got it.

something to note: only the 12v outlet is marine grace a can’t speak for usb

edit: were you able to view the videos? Idk why but it says loading complete but I can’t view it - maybe a mobile thing

Put the soundskins kit on the floors (didnt do the doors) and armorlite flooring today. Took about 4 hours. Very happy with it, much quieter inside. Only gripe is the pillar trim at the bottom doesnt exactly fit flush but its fine.
