The Bartact Front Door Storage Bags are interesting, I just don't think they solve a problem.
Interesting, but how much flat stuff do I really need to stash in the door panels to make it worth that much to me? I usually clear that area out when I leave the vehicle, or at least every few days. If it's so important it needs to be kept, it's not going to stay there for months. I just don't carry that much paper or flat stuff in that area.
(It's Iowa, I keep a small ice scraper in my driver door pocket, the others stay empty except for some napkins she stashes in the right door pocket (she likes ice cream)

But for those who do - go for it, I guess.

They work good for putting things IN, just not attaching to the outside. The ones mclousing posted would be nice because you can still put drinks in them but they otherwise don't protrude out with sharp edges like these.
Agreed. I just wish they had matching rears. My delicate sensibilities wouldn’t let me have different ones on the other two doors.

This my situation too, I just don't carry much there at all. Drives me nuts when I pull junk out of my wife's wrangler door nets too.

Charleston airport is a breeze compared to many others. You still never know about the weather. I'm flying back on Thurday for a sailing trip and an Aaron Lewis concert. Driving back on Sunday.
Sounds like a good time. Yes its an easy airport to get in and out of. Have fun and enjoy.

Surprisingly enough I've got too much bump stop for the 40s. Looks like I can take a solid 2" out of the front. Only place the tires rub is just the slightest kiss on the front control arms.

Ran it up the Mesabi Trail as well for my trail badge. I've run the TJ up it before but never expected to get the Gladiator up it. Some tight squeezes. Dropped on the factory rock rails a couple times and bent the left one up, dented the cab. Used every skid plate. Worked flawlessly otherwise. Surprisingly never smacked the hitch.

Oh, and the front coil rubs the steersmarts brace. Don't hear it, but it's making contact. I suppose could be a result of pushing the axle forward. Might address it. Might not.

Added a simple straight-out awning. It's going to rain the next couple days and I'm packing up for another few nights up north, so a good time to figure it out. Probably no wheeling this time. Just camping, cooking, hiking, and chilling.

I keep staring at my checkout cart at PSC and just trying to work myself up to click the order button on $3k worth of steering beef.

At least overtime is in no short supply at the FAA. This Thur/Fri and last Thur/Fri have been the only full two days off I've had in months. And it's generally not really optional

Oh and either hit the valve stem on a rock or branch just perfect to push the cap in and depress the stem. Stopped for lunch and the woman pointed out a hissing sound and it was down to ~3 psi. Wrenched the cap off with some pliers and topped it up. I bought these wheels before I planned on ever wheeling it very hard. I do like them but they're pretty susceptible to damage. I think in the future if I'm going to be wheeling for a full day it might be worth popping the obd2 dongle in and changing the target psi to trail pressure so I get a warning if it happens again. Just lucky I didn't lose the bead in an inconvenient place.

Then again I have the opposite problem most on this forum seem to have. We got back to camp and the wife said unprompted "you should buy beadlocks."

Found some new valve stem caps too. I'm totally getting these.

Keep us posted if you come across anything interesting.
Will do. I’m considering making something though. You know, when I get some free time. Ha.

Isn’t that because fords can’t stay planted on wet roads?
This one certainly can't! I was nearly stuck one day in the slight asphalt divots at a stop light after a light sprinkle!

I've split my knee open pretty good on them
I've already come close to that! I considered putting some old school door edge trim to at least tone down the sheet metal edge.

I do find it funny that all of the different styles advertise all the extra space you get
I'm pretty sure you actually lose space with these. As long as what you put in the net is soft (gloves, shop rag, etc) you can wedge them in and they can squish against the seat with no problem. With these, the size and shape is fixed.

I wouldn't be able to put different ones on, but I can run them on the front and not the back. I'm still in denial about having four doors. My last four door anything was in 1996.

I ordered ones that were blank, but those are what was shipped to me, though at least they were cheaper than that so I won't feel as bad when I cave and buy a different version.
