Seat Jackers for the score! I also installed the Desert Does It shorty seat jackers today. I only have 300 miles on my JTR but I was getting a sore back because of the seating position. Drove it about 50 miles today after the seat jacker installation and it appears to be just what was needed to cure the back issues. I find it very strange that the current seating position decisions were made. I have driven nothing but 4x4s as dailys since 1984. All were solid front axles except an IFS Isuzu and that was the one that gave me back aches. The only cure for that in 1992 was to put a Recaro seat in and that worked like a charm. I still have an 88YJ that I purchased new and now have 250K miles on it. The YJ, as it sits, with factory snowplow front springs is more comfy to sit in than the Gladiator.
I actually think I might hate them. I can’t get comfortable in the seat now to save my life. I think the driver side is getting removed.

I put on some longer sway bar links with heim joints to maximize the articulation with the rubicon disconnect.

Went from AEV 2ā€ spacer lift links to ICON sway links #22061. Meant for up to 2.5ā€ lift.
To me these are Rock Krawler no limits sway links at half the price. FK rod ends on both sides, $160.
Super simple install, just unbolt old links and bolt them in, right?

Oops. Took the time to match the lengths, square up the rod ends and tightened jam nuts. Oh sh!t the bolts don’t fit in the sway bar… like most aftermarket ones I researched they use 1/2ā€ bolts that require drilling out your sway bar holes. The sway bar metal is actually pretty soft so that only took another few mins.
I was lazy and kept my wheels on, but there was enough room to drill by turning the wheels lock to lock.
Shortest length is 8.5ā€ eye to eye.
Maximum safe length per instructions is 9.75ā€ eye to eye.
They look like they have pretty good articulation, not sure how it compares to the RK gold standard.

Found that mice chewed on the front plastic alternator shield. Sprayed peppermint oil everywhere and on the ground, put 4 mouse traps in the engine compartment, and installed a high lumens LED light in the engine compartment.

My helper has been slacking in my tractor shed, or maybe I have more mice than I thought.

Message me if you want to sell them at a substantial and punishing loss.

Though it looked like they had another 10k+ miles on them, I replaced the 315/70/17 BFG KO2's load range C at 40,600 miles installed at delivery, with 37x12.50 BFG KO2's (also load range C). For 5 of them, the four wheel alignment, and speedo recalibration, it was $2514 with tax/disposal. Drove 110 interstate miles and found it still got into 8th gear fairly regularly. Williamsburg Jeep.

Mopar 2" lift and Teraflex 1.75" spacers. No rubbing. Stock Rubicon wheels.

They’re still on for a bit. I’m seeing if I get used to them. If not, the driver side will likely come off, but my wife gets to decide on passenger. If they come off, I’ll hit you up for sure. I’d recommend sitting in someone’s that has them. I was convinced I’d love them. I’m 6’ 1ā€, so not a tower, but I now can’t see traffic lights, and the pedals feel odd with my legs at that angle. I’ve been driving it for 36k without them, so I’m giving it a few days to see if I adjust, but I don’t think so.

I have them on the driver's side and love them. I was just hoping to score some for the Mrs. She's never complained, but I think she'd like them.

A few more days and you might be in luck. I bought them for her on passenger, and wanted driver to match. I figured I’d like them. I’m pretty sure you’ll have them soon enough.
