What do you have backordered from the dealer?

On October 18, 2022 my dealer determined that my 2020 JT Rubicon with 24K miles needed a new information center display. As of today 12/21/2022 the part is no where to be found. No one at the dealership knows anything besides they ordered the part on the 26'th of Oct. I have talked to everyone and no one knows anything. I contacted JEEP CARES on 12/20 and they called today and said they are checking into it.

This started me thinking, is anyone else having any problems like this? Please respond if you are stuck in a situation like this and what you are doing to solve it. Thanks Brad.
