Day in and day out we have been doing our time researching the Jeep Gladiator, and so as delivery comes nearer we're going to need to start making conclusions on what which products we will eventually put on our vehicle. To me the harder choices are which kind of lift/tire size, and also which bumper, roof rack and light bar. The Gladiator will be my first and I want treat her right. But there are some things that require more information in order plan the build well. So what can you guys share that will help others make their purchasing decisions?

Post your insight and maybe a list of products you're set on buying. We can all learn from each others experience and research.

I will be keeping it stock suspension & tire wise since the base Rubicon will be plenty capable off the lot, but I'm keeping my old way of steel bumper and winch first before all other mods.

Current plan :
AEV's new bumper
WARN Zeon 10s (or a classic M8274)
Snorkel (AEV or Mopar)
Bestop bed soft-topper

Rubi minimally optioned.
-Bestop soft top that folds all the way back (fingers crossed)
-winch bumper (or hidden winch mount)
-low rack w/ tent
-aluminum skids

That's about all I have planned. I want to retain ride quality as much as possible as I spend most of my time on the road, and have an 8hr drive to the mountains where I can actually play with the jeep (likely one big trip a year). This should give me enough capability to get myself into some fun places without worrying much about breaking things. If I'm being honest with myself, ill forever be an off-road novice unless I move.
