ya not overly concerned about the legality honestly, folks around here seem not to care. I'm definitely concerned about the durability while offroading (at least versus running w/o spacers) so that answered my question. TY.

You been wheeling at all with them? Just a little concerned about passing inspection here in PA... Not an issue currently with 5.5 bs but another 1.75 might be problematic.
Not on the gladiator, but about 80,000 miles on my first TJ both on and off road.

It's hit or miss. Most shops don't care, and will pass inspection. It's more about the Tire Poke, than the spacers in PA.
